Vietnamsgift.com is operated by Zas Trading and Service Company Limited. Our registered office address is at Number 459, Su Van Hanh Street, Ward 12, District 10, HCMC, Vietnam. We take pride in our reputation for the quality of our products. However, with special gifts such as flowers, sometimes the life of your flowers can be shortened for reasons over our control. These reasons may include factors like grower production, extremely high weather temperatures, transportation, etc. Therefore, if your flowers wilt within 24 hours of delivery, and care instruction has been followed please contact us and we will investigate the situation for you thoroughly. If it is deemed that the flowers did not last as long as reasonably expected or that the incorrect flowers had been sent, then we will arrange a replacement base on your comfort. For other gifts, if they were broken due to intended reasons such as delivery issues, etc., then we will arrange another replacement base on your comfort. By ordering on this website you are accepting these conditions.
Time Frame for Complaints
All complaints, questions, or any concerns regarding your order must be received within 24 hours.
Refund And Return Policy
Vietnamsgift always try to guarantee customer satisfaction. In the circumstances that anything goes wrong, we will listen to any feedbacks and provide prompt solutions. Our customer service staffs are trained to support any customers’ concern and can decide on an appropriate course of action for you on the spot.
- If the order is cancelled by the customer within 5 business days (excluding weekend) before the delivery date, customer will get full refund.
- If the order is cancelled by the customer within 3 business days (excluding weekend) before the delivery date, customer will get refund of 50% of the total amount.
- If the order is cancelled by the customer less than 3 days before the delivery date, no refund will be made.
Return & Replace
If you are dissatisfied with the product for a valid reason, the product may be replaced when you send back the product as delivered within 3 working days, but cannot be refunded.
We will surely replace the product if you can inform us within 24 hours on delivery of your product if:
- Faulty items.
- Items damaged in delivery.
Items cannot be exchanged with any other items.
Please note that all refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased initially or to the paypal account or bank account, if that form of payment is selected. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
The price on this website is in USD. The prices for all products include service charge but not delivery fee.
We do not take any responsibility for any indirect loss, harm, loss of enjoyment, business, or goodwill other than death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
